Job Description Summary

The Executive Assistant Conducts specialized or technical assignments for an organization; assists in the execution of various administrative duties. Performs various administrative duties for the organization director. Plans and conducts specialized programs. Represents the agency in contacts with other organization officials for the purpose of coordinating various agency programs. Interprets and explains functions of agency programs to the general public and to other public or private agencies or organizations. Monitors, analyzes and reports on legislative matters. Makes arrangements for meetings and conferences; prepares agendas. Prepares and maintains special or confidential records and reports. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with local agencies and a wide variety of media representatives.
