Job Description
The Workday Program Coordinator II is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
50% Program Life Cycle:
- Full cycle program management including design, maintenance, implementation, and change management of the program.
- Develop comprehensive short and long term program plans
- Define the scope and objectives of the programs.
- Maintain program documentation
35% Communication and Relationship Collaboration
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across BT and the broader organization. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding activities, risk mitigation, and progress.
- Establish, maintain a CoE for Workday programs
15% Program Performance and Governance
- Ensure program activity is audited and follows internal controls.
- Define and track key performance indicators and other metrics
- Develop and maintain standards and program documentation
- Create and update knowledge-based articles to support CoE for the program.
