Job Description
Our team is looking to hire a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Clinical Sciences department as needed. Assisting with potential scheduling, communications, and the gathering of documentation to ensure efficient functioning within the unit. (15%)
The Administrative Coordinator will support faculty and staff onboarding and appointment processes. This role involves collecting affiliate paperwork and initiating communications for submission to the Human Resources (HR) Manager, drafting teaching agreements for HR review, processing dual and added source appointment requests, preparing appointment request letters, and coordinating orientation activities for new faculty and staff. (25%)
This position also includes supporting our procurement and vendor management operations. Key responsibilities include managing purchase requests, creating new vendors within our system, accurately entering receipts for all purchases, and submitting supplier invoice requests in a timely and organized manner. (25%)
In addition, this role will focus on managing and producing engaging content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok) for seven divisions within our healthcare education programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing targeted content strategies, managing multiple social media accounts, and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences in academic and professional healthcare settings. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling, analytics reporting, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across divisions. (35%)
