Job Description Summary
The Master’s Social Worker Program Coordinator for the Revisions Adult Intensive Outpatient Program reports to the Program Manager. The Program Clinical Coordinator ensures the provision of high quality care in the program is in collaboration with other health professionals in an environment that is respectful of others, accountable for outcomes and adaptive to change. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and comprehensive operations of the Revisions Program. LISW highly preferred.Entity

Job Description

Additional Job Description
Education: Master's degree in a social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Experience: Five years post graduate professional work experience in social work practice. Credentials: MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners. Certified ACM/CCM, LISW or PHD in related field preferred.
