Job Description Summary

Under limited supervision, the technician coordinates the daily clinical and administrative operations of the maxillofacial laboratory. This position fabricates and repairs a variety of prosthodontic, implant and dental appliances for patients afflicted with trauma, defects, and disorders to improve quality of life and function of patients.

Job Description

Under limited supervision, the technician coordinates the daily clinical and administrative operations of the maxillofacial laboratory. This position fabricates and repairs a variety of prosthodontic, implant and dental appliances for patients afflicted with trauma, defects, and disorders to improve quality of life and function of patients.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's degree from an accredited school in dental

technology preferred

Experience: Work experience in prosthetic restorations, anaplastology, and/or in a dental practice

setting preferred

License/Certification: Licensure as a Dental Technician in South Carolina and/or certification as a Dental Technician (CDT) preferred

Additional Job Description
