Job Description Summary
The Project Manager, Value Based Care reports to the Administrator of Clinical Transformation in MUSC Population Health. Under indirect supervision, the Project Manager, Value Based Care is responsible for the management and coordination of all tasks associated with large-scale, high-complexity population health initiatives, with a specific focus on value-based care (VBC) projects and contracts. This role provides expert-level project and contract management for initiatives that span multiple stakeholders, systems, and care settings. The incumbent will lead or provide strategic consultation across all phases of VBC initiatives, including program design, development, contracting, implementation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
