✅ Steer financial and resource management — oversee budgets, forecasting, and ROI-driven growth initiatives
✅ Influence at the highest level — deliver strategic presentations, prepare business proposals, and collaborate directly with senior leadership

📜 Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Clinical, Healthcare, or related field (required); master’s preferred (or willing to obtain within 3 years)
• Active licensure and credentialing suitable for this leadership role (RRT or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in a complex hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic skills
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, accreditation, and staff development
