Job Description Summary

Under limited supervision, responsible for oversight and management of supplier management system for all locations as well as the timely and efficient coordination of new vendor requests into the appropriate, designated systems. Responsible for assisting with procurement process in accordance with and enforcement of all federal, state and local, and company policies and procedures. Act as the account administrator for Purchasing Card program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Managing existing and new card set up, monthly reconciliations with card holders/reviewing officials, development of analysis and reporting, quality audits and controls.
