This Application Engineer II position reports to the manager of the IS Technical Team. This team supports a variety of enterprise-wide imaging and coding products supporting the electronic medical record. The applications include Hyland Onbase, Opentext Rightfax, Solarity, Formfast, 3M Coding, and others. This particular opening will focus on Hyland Onbase application. The applicant would help with upgrades and maintenance of this system. Helpful skills are Onbase administration, database administration, SQL, server SSL certificate maintenance. The position does participate in a call rotation. The position may have remote work options.Entity

Additional Job Description
Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:
A high school diploma and eight years directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four to six years directly related experience required. Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
