Education Requirements/Skills/Work Experience
Minimum Requirement: Associate’s Degree and 3 - 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role within healthcare, legal or risk management, including 3 years in an ROI setting; or a high school diploma and 5 – 7 years’ experience in an administrative support role within healthcare, legal or risk management, including 5 years in an ROI setting. Customer service experience required. Demonstrated proficiency with computers in a workplace setting. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; solid oral and written communication skills; critical thinking and problem solving skills; attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Must be able to work independently and within a team.
