The Patient Access Specialist reports to the Administrative Coordinator. Under general supervision, The Patient Appointment/Registration Representative provides high level customer service while accurately completing registration. This position is responsible for patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting copays and ensuring correct information is entered into EPIC. This position works closely with the team and patients to ensure excellent care during treatment.
Additional Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred.
