Job Description Summary
The Operations Manager is a vital member of the Operations Team in the Charleston Division and will report to the Director of Operations, Charleston Division. Under limited supervision, the Operations Manager will work to drive performance improvement through supporting ancillary departments, cICCE, pICCE, and key operational committees. Additionally, this role will collaborate with administrative fellows to accelerate process improvement efforts. This position is responsible for partnering with leaders across the Charleston Division in identifying, validating, monitoring performance metrics, operational capabilities, and continual process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this position will support, facilitate, and monitor ongoing operational initiatives throughout the entire Charleston Division, including but not limited to (MAIN, ART, SJCH, RT, IOP). The Operations Manager will build relationships and interact with leaders and staff in the centralized, system functions in order to promote operational priorities and projects.Entity

Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative discipline (accounting, finance, information systems, statistics, informatics, healthcare management, etc.) from an accredited college/university required; Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, MHA, MS, etc.) highly preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in project management, process improvement, operational support or completion of an administrative fellowship.
