Job Description
Functioning as the primary resource to care team members and leaders within the health system, the HR business partner has the responsibility to provide direction and consultation in HR matters in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, retention, policy administration, workforce planning and development, performance management and compensation. Builds leader capabilities in talent and organizational effectiveness, driving proactive and strategic thinking. Assist in onboarding and assimilation of new leadership in line with leadership competencies, culture, systems, relationships, and organizational structure. Assists with monitoring multiple HR systems including corrective action documentation, rewards and recognition system, performance development system, leave system, HRIS, engagement system, and compliance systems. Proactively provides analysis of data to monitor trending and benchmarking to determine areas of opportunity for business.
