Job Description
The Controller reports to the Chief Accounting Officer. The Controller directs the finance staff in financial reporting and supports the financial planning, debt financing, and budget management for specific markets and/or entities. The Controller ensures accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
Additional Job Description
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related field and three to seven years’ work experience in accounting or finance. Experience working in a healthcare medical group setting preferred. Master’s degree preferred. PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and database management required. CPA License required or seven years’ work experience.
