Additional Job Description
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and 5 years related nursing experience as a BSN may be substituted for two years of the required work experience. Knowledge of administrative methods, policies and procedures. Employee should possess; the ability to work with minimum supervision, excellent communication skills, organizational and administrative skills, ability to interact with all level of employees, function in a stressful environment, encourage and assist with team building, excellent writing and verbal skills, the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, both patient and employee.
