Our Facilities Support team is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of our historic property. This full-time position with benefits plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for occasional weekends and holidays based on operational needs. What You Will Be Doing: Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior and exterior spaces, including restrooms, offices, public areas, and event venues Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, window cleaning, and trash removal Restock paper goods, soap, and other essential supplies Assist with event setup and breakdown, including preparing spaces for weddings and special events Support cleaning and operational needs for special events across the property Collaborate cross-functionally to support a high standard of customer service for both internal teams and guests Promote workplace safety and proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies Work effectively in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions Take on additional duties as needed, demonstrating a strong team-player mindset Who You Are: You bring high energy and a positive, can-do attitude You have strong attention to detail and take pride in completing tasks thoroughly and consistently You are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently You can adapt quickly, switch priorities, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments You are comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency You embody Magnolia’s core values and are passionate about its mission Requirements: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift at least 40 lbs Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision Reliable transportation required Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
