What You Bring:
- A bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
- One to three (1-3) years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics, or a related area.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar platforms for tracking and reporting on digital marketing metrics.
- Experience with common data visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, DOMO, Looker, or Tableau; able to create clear and compelling visual representations of data.
- An understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display) and how they are measured and analyzed; familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI).
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
- The ability to manage and integrate multi-dimensional datasets.
- The ability and willingness to learn JavaScript basics.

- You can focus for long periods of time on a computer screen, given the nature of the digital business.
What You Will Do:
- Identify data collection opportunities across client websites that map to their business goals and objectives.
- Analyze web analytics data and assess the online experience to identify friction points and opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Create processes that streamline data management and reporting needs.
- Integrate data from numerous sources including but not limited to: digital marketing, traditional marketing, website analytics, point of sale, and audience profile data.
- Cross-departmental collaboration to guide the digital measurement strategy.
- Identify and troubleshoot data collection issues and anomalies.
- Assist in process improvement and documentation of Levelwing’s Data and Reporting framework (Custom Alerts, Data Sources, Reporting Cadence, etc.).
- Construct client reporting requirements and data needs for weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure paid media tagging best practices and standardized naming conventions are utilized.
- Become skilled in web analytics tools, features and functionality – primarily Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Become skilled in Marketing/Business Intelligence tools, features and functionality – primarily Qlik and Funnel.io.
- Participate in the vetting of new solutions based on business/client needs and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
