POSITION Manager, Digital Asset Management and Photography Logistics

REPORTS TO Senior Manager, Creative Production

WHO YOU ARE You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creative operations. As a Manager of Digital Asset Management and Photography Logistics, you excel in maintaining order and efficiency within our digital library of creative assets at Le Creuset. Working closely with the Creative Production Senior Manager, you are the go-to person for managing the logistics of pack shots and ensuring that every asset is meticulously cataloged and accessible. Your expertise in digital asset management is unparalleled, and your organizational skills are second to none. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee the organization, categorization, and maintenance of the digital asset library, ensuring all creative assets are up to date, accurately tagged, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Asset Coordination: Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely uploading and management of new assets, including images, videos, graphics, and other digital content.
  • Photography Logistics: Manage the logistics for pack shots, including scheduling, coordination with photographers, and ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards and LCOA requirements.
  • System Administration: Administer and optimize the digital asset management system, implementing best practices and ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of the digital asset library to maintain the integrity and quality of stored assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to ensure alignment and support for all digital asset needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using the digital asset management system and best practices for asset tagging and organization.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status and usage of digital assets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Asset Management, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital asset management and/or photography logistics, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in digital asset management systems and related software (e.g., Bynder, Adobe Creative Suite, DAM systems).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of photography principles and experience coordinating photo shoots.
  • Familiarity with the cookware industry and an understanding of brand management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision and efficiency.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Enthusiastic about digital asset management and creative operations.
