How you create impact
Reporting to the National Security Manager you will be responsible for the management of the assigned contract security staff. The site security supervisor will manage contract guard process to secure inventory and ensure compliance from employee and client groups on site. The security supervisor will develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders for the site and support reviews and process changes to support operational goals.The security supervisor will manage and support the Bell supply chain security program by managing the GPS program and providing investigative support as required. The supervisor will define and manage site specific work instructions and manage maintenance of installed security systems as required.
- Support KN operations team in client initiatives and projects for the 2300 Hogan site.Supervise and support assigned contract security staff.
- Manage installed security systems and coordinate any required repairs or maintenance.
- Support Bell cargo security initiatives including management of GPS tracker deployment and investigative support.
- Support Bell KPMG audit requirements.
- Provide investigative support in reviewing inventory or process concerns and client requests.
- Provide after hours intrusion alarm monitoring and response to coordinate actions to address alarm issues.
- Maintain QSHE work instructions.
- Support QSHE initiatives in security, quality, health & safety, and environment within the location.

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years security experience managing security guard deployment.
- 3+ years experience leading teams in security environment
- Must have an understanding of project management requirements
- Must have the ability to manage use and deployment of security equipment including, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance systems and GPS tracking equipment.
- Must have the ability to operate in an ISO certificate environments as well as supporting Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelines as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proven leadership & supervisory skills.
- Strong computer skills required, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills required; preferred skills include interpersonal and conflict resolution.
