Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless customer experiences. Collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams, you will manage customer inquiries, drive satisfaction, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role combines analytical problem-solving with proactive communication to ensure that our customers feel supported every step of the way.Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engaging interactions and care visits.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing quotations and ensuring follow-ups lead to closure.
- Drive tenders for national clients and support pricing activities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of customer requirements.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints, identify root causes, and propose improvement measures.
- Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs related to customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
- Provide performance analysis reports and suggest actionable improvements.
- Oversee claims management, ensuring issues are tracked from reporting through to resolution.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Empathetic and adaptable communicator with persuasive problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience with customer onboarding, pricing, and tender management.
- Proficiency in generating and interpreting customer performance reports.
- Familiarity with KPIs and the ability to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Self-driven, attentive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Swedish mandatory.
