Your Role
Your primary objective is to drive retention and profitability by directly influences the acquisition of new customers and drives long standing customer retention through delivering real cost savings to our customers in a measurable and objective way. This role will liaise with the ISC Global Product team as well as Global Business and Commercial Development teams and support global initiatives.Your Responsibilities
- What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Your primary objective is to drive retention and profitability by directly influences the acquisition of new customers and drives long standing customer retention through delivering real cost savings to our customers in a measurable and objective way. This role will liaise with the ISC Global Product team as well as Global Business and Commercial
- Development teams and support global initiatives.
- To build, empower + inspire a high performing team.
- To drive growth and profitability in line with the Global ISC Strategies. Measured on customer retention and growth via real cost savings delivered to customer base and % of customer base engaged with (directly or indirectly).
- To manage strategy and governance of value engineering and solutions “tool kit”.
- To manage overall opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize value creation along with the cross-selling potential of existing accounts.
- To manage governance of discovery workshops and formulate problem statements as well as performance baselines.
- To manage the identification and sequencing of all supply chain value component improvement initiatives into customer specific Supply Chain Value roadmaps that create mutual value.
- To manage the design and document tailored solutions, value propositions along with commercial proposals to quantifiably improve critical supply chain value components.
- To manage the governance of business reviews to ensure team is presenting and prioritizing improvement initiatives in collaboration with the customer.
- To support the account and operational key account managers in the commercial negotiations as required to close the business or gain commitment.
- To manage handovers and track benefit realization.
- To manage the governance of projects and improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and Experiences
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years of experience in international markets
- Masters (preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement/Continues Improvement
