We are National Support Germany, part of the Road department, responsible for Pallet Limitation Accounts, NDF, and EUST processes. Our team ensures smooth financial operations by managing invoicing and credit note processes with accuracy and efficiency
How you create impact
- Creating NDF correct credit notes in TMS LwiS on demand
- Invoicing the EUST to the customer as the primary invoicing task (other types of invoicing are out of scope)
- Determining pallet balances for each branch following a specific procedure to ensure accurate derecognition of accounts based on the statute of limitations
- Following and maintaining defined communication protocols between SSC and operational staff
- Ensuring the latest information is available for accurate task execution

- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Knowledge of German is a plus
