Job Purpose

Implementing, maintaining and improving the ISC operated in the GS Sea Logistics organization. Ensure ISC operations adhere to the agreed service level agreements and performance metrics with the customers and internally.

Maintain a core team of Regional Program Executives to drive supply chain compliance and operational excellence. Strengthen and solidify the Cebu ISC Operations and driving continuous improvement

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive compliance across a portfolio of ISC customers
• Allocate resources to support amongst teams to achieve the highest efficiency of resources usage
• Review with the team for all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and provide an executive summary for key status on ISC business performance for key customers for senior management
• Document the KPI process by which the ISC will continuously capture operational performance information across all relevant geographies
• Liaise with country operational leaders to deliver solutions to meet demands of the business, improve network and operational efficiencies, reduce costs and streamline efforts to deliver solutions
• Regularly review with the team to ensure check point/monitor tool has been set correctly and can catch all SOP compliance for each ISC customer
• Support ISC Strategies for Cebu alignment

Your Skills and Experience

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Skilled in resolving critical issues within fast-paced environments and under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional and diverse teams.
• Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and Kuehne+Nagel tools, enabling efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in Sea Logistics, with deep knowledge of operational workflows and industry standards.
