KION NA is currently seeking a data-driven and thorough Operations Analyst to support our Aftermarket Distribution Center (ADC) team in driving process improvements, managing key performance indicators, and providing data driven insights that influence strategic decisions. Reporting directly to the ADC Director, this role plays a critical part in distribution center performance through key performance indicators, ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Fill Rate and Productivity daily
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Engineering, Sales, Field Operations) to support data-driven initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Participate in projects to streamline data collection, reporting, and operational workflows
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership
• Assist in various administrative and operational tasks related to ADC procurement
• Other duties as assigned

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, accounting, supply chain management or related field in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data, and identify potential issues and root causes

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Consulting or project management experience is a plus
