Responsible for entering and specifying truck orders from both the channel partner network and key accounts. Be the first point of contact for dealer and KION-NA sales personnel for all truck order related inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong customer service environment with dealer network
• Check truck orders for correct pricing and configuration prior to processing
• Quickly resolve truck order inconsistencies and incompatible configuration requests
• Create bills of material for factory to build truck to customer order
• Where inconsistencies arise concerning truck pricing or truck specifications seek involvement with customer or responsible department to resolve issue
• Provide truck capacities for Final Inspection to create capacity plates
• Adjust working priorities to support business needs

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Experience with ERP systems , MS office
• SAP experience a plus
• Detail oriented
• Precise and timely communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to change quickly
• Strong analytical skills
• Product knowledge of the heavy equipment industry a plus

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Associates Degree a plus
