Order Administrator

The Order Administrator will be responsible for entering truck orders from order receipt to completed bill of materials for transfer to the Production Operations team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Truck Order Entry for both dealers and key accounts
Order Specification
Creation of bill of materials for each truck
Customer Service for dealers
Communicate with key account managers for correct order entry
Communicate with Engineering and Prod Operations team as needed
Continuous improvement of processes
All other duties as assigned
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications
SAP, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Power BI a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with internal and external customers
Detail oriented
Ability to understand truck configurations and interdependencies
Manufacturing, supply chain experience a plus
Education
2 year associate’s degree
4 year degree preferred
