Perform general maintenance work for all facilities and grounds. Support operational functions

What we offer:

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures
• Paint structures, perform masonry work, repair plumbing fixtures, drywall and woodwork
• Repair, alter and maintain a variety of tools and equipment.
• Repair, maintain and install electrical systems and fixtures
• Measure, cut, bond, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit
• Use hand and power tools
• Work from blueprints, drawing, sketches or layouts.
• Assist with landscaping and lawn work if needed.
• Support all facilities functions; bathrooms, lighting, air, HVAC needs.
• Repair and service torque tooling Atlas Copco.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Three years relevant experience of mechanical and facilities repair and maintenance
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have a good driving record

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training a plus
