Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address knowledge gaps and skill development needs across teams, providing targeted training solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather product information and insights to enhance training content
  • Develop and implement training strategies and programs for internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure a deep understanding of KION North America products and services
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, delivering effective and interactive training experiences
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Monitor and track training metrics and provide regular reports to management on the impact and ROI of training programs
  • Support the onboarding process by delivering product training to new hires ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to continuously improve training programs

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical training field (material handling, industrial equipment, agricultural equipment, construction, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS (Workday preferred)
  • Willingness to travel if needed

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
