Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects, including overall integrated project plans, product cost, technical details, resource management, budgets, and tooling investments
• Collaborate with Engineering & Product Management teams to align customer requirements with internal technical requirements
• Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables
• Balance both in-depth details and high-level executive summary regarding project specific requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and/or safety standards

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
• Preferred: Recognized project management certificate, i.e., CAPM®, PMP®, or Prince2®
• Proven experience with project management
• ERP system knowledge (SAP, preferred)
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional support teams
