Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and install prototype parts (customer requested truck options, faulty design work, etc.) and working with engineers on concepts or solutions
• Run various data acquisition systems
• Develop mechanical fixtures to perform durability tests
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic problems and determine solutions
• Perform tests, prepare data, and assist with analysis
• Perform stability tests to validate load capacity

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical background and basic machining skills
• Familiar with troubleshooting electrical circuits and devices
• Knowledge of hydraulics
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook email
• Preferred/beneficial: Welding experience
• Preferred/beneficial: SAP, PhotoShop, and SoMat experience

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent training
