Evening Shift is from 3:30 PM - Midnight, Monday - Friday
Starting Rate is $16.50 per hour plus $2.00 per hour Shift Differential

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator who shares our commitment to excellence and precision, helping ensure that our products are beautifully maintained and seamlessly available to our clients.

As an essential member of our Distribution Center team, you will support daily inventory operations, assist in resolving discrepancies, and help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and working closely with the Inventory Control Lead and other warehouse staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our inventory systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center.
  • Complete inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and related audits as assigned.
  • Conduct pick location cycle counts and empty location verifications.
  • Update slotting assignments and help move items to assigned locations.
  • Ensure item dimensions and weights are accurately maintained in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assist with assembled item replenishment and creation to ensure timely availability.
  • Help troubleshoot inventory discrepancies (missing, misplaced, or inaccurate items).
  • Coordinate inter-location inventory transfers (e.g., Flagship, Amazon) by established procedures.
  • Support distribution center supply ordering and related invoice entry.
  • Communicate inventory issues to leads and supervisors that may affect inbound/outbound processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Desired Skills & Physical Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning is preferred.
  • Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
