Summary:
The Construction Client Service Spec Sr provides expert loan administration in support of the most complex credits and relationships in assigned Construction Lending administration team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as admin team liaison between operations and the CP team.
- Vets New Builder applications for review/approval prior to loan applications.
- Obtains and analyzes Builder information necessary to satisfy HNB Builder Acceptance and Approval risk requirements, including construction project budgets, equity verification, AIA contracts, third-party reports, title, compliance, insurance, loan document provisions and other due diligence items.
- Identifies risks and exceptions, monitors contractual requirements, resolves and communicates material issues associated with assigned loans.
- Expected to solve problems and resolve issues, while maintaining positive communications and relationships.
- Initiate Builder contact upon receipt of acceptance package and review one on one with Builder the Huntington Bank Construction policies after closing, but before draw period beings.
- Create database for Builder information and update Builder Profile yearly.
- Maintain Builder Scorecard outlining number of approved projects, % of on time completion, and determination of builder worthiness.
- May act as a team leader and mentor CPA Loan Administrators.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of credit experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing data to formulate decisions
- Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
- Strong mathematic, analytic, and organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
- Experience working with Construction loans
Must be available to work 8 am to 5 pm Central Time and/or Mountain Time.

Compensation Range:
$30.29 - $59.62 HourlyThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
