What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor the Miraflex press to meet safety, quality, and production targets

• Lead set ups, changeovers, and job verification

• Troubleshoot mechanical, print, and material issues

• Ensure quality checks and documentation are completed accurately

• Communicate with maintenance, ink, and production teams

• Support and mentor crew members

What You Bring

• Frequent reading, writing, and basic computer use

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50+ lbs

• Shift work required, including 12-hour and 7-day rotating schedules
