Job Summary and Objective

Provide an exceptional experience for internal and external customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and or email related to billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and orders for new and existing services. Utilize effective listening and open-ended questions to identify, meet, and exceed customer needs and values. Maximize revenue growth by proactively offering and promoting Home Telecom products and services, including but not limited to phone, internet, video, home automation, and security. De-escalate customers, and reduce churn by resolving customer concerns related to products, services, and or experiences with Home Telecom. Support other internal departments as needed. Placing and scheduling service orders for residential customers for new services and changes to existing services. Logging trouble tickets. Other duties as assigned by management. Ideal candidates for this position are eager to help others, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a competitive spirit. This position carries a sales quota with associated commission.
