JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
The Service Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring Home Telecom delivers on its promise to customers by coordinating service provisioning, installation, and activation. Acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and customers, this role ensures smooth execution, adherence to process standards, and achievement of key delivery metrics.
