SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES:

Home Telecom is looking for a custodian to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our buildings and facilities. This typically involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, as well as other general maintenance tasks. Custodians may also be responsible for emptying trash, stocking supplies, and performing minor repairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Cleaning – Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing various surfaces.

· Restroom Maintenance – Cleaning, Sanitizing, and stocking restrooms with supplies.

· Trash Removal – emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.

· Supply Management - Maintaining and restocking cleaning supplies.

· Equipment Care – Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely.

· Security – Ensuring doors and windows are secured after cleaning.

· Reporting Issues – Reporting any needed repairs or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.

· Other duties as directed by management.
