Job Summary and Objective
As a working CRS – Retail Supervisor, you will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies/procedures. Including the same responsibilities as a CRS per location requirements.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; meeting and exceeding sales goals; and addressing and resolving personnel issues. Call Monitoring each CRS, along with organizing the Job Shadowing Program.
