SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES:

Home Telecom is looking for a Maintenance Technician whom will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and repair of a facility's equipment, systems, and structures. They perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. This includes tasks like repairing machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, as well as inspecting buildings and grounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Carpentry, painting, electrical, welding, machine and equipment repairing, plumbing, insulating, drywall – rough and finish work, counter top work, floor covering work, ceiling tile work, roof work, installing and maintaining water filtration systems – small scale. Record keeping on all work performed

· Install conduit, templates, concrete work, pulling cable for access nodes, cross-connect boxes, CATV access nodes, and power supply for them. Exchange building curb appeal, install pull boxes, and connections along highways. Moving furniture, assembling furniture, painting, and driving to various sites. Sandbagging for storms. Assisting other teams.

· Installing, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance for HVAC, maintaining sprinkler systems/operating sprinkler systems, and performing repairs to customers’ homes. Cut grass, weed, trim trees

· Other duties as directed by management.
