As the Enterprise Network Operations Center (ENOC) Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of Network Specialists, Network Analysts, and Senior Network Analysts across multiple shifts, ensuring continuous visibility into the health and performance of our core telecommunications infrastructure. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership, with a focus on driving network reliability, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery.
You’ll serve as a critical liaison between operations, engineering, and executive leadership, aligning priorities around incident management, escalation processes, and continuous service improvement. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll exercise sound judgment, foster clear communication, and mentor a technically diverse team operating in a high-availability, mission-critical environment.
You will play a key role during major outages and storm response events, leading the coordination of restoration efforts, real-time decision-making, and cross-team communication to restore services swiftly and accurately. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to maintain uptime, meet customer SLAs, and respond to critical infrastructure challenges.
