Job Summary and Objective

Manage Direct Sales Team, MDU Account Executive, & Residential Sales team including the Greenfield Expansion efforts and Design efforts for builders.  Responsible for managing the builder/developer leads sales process, the existing MDU sales process, and the Direct Sales Process setting goals, hiring and managing staff, and overseeing day to day activities.  Coordinate installs with CSSRs and customers.  Manage escalations as needed.  Manage relationship with relevant community stakeholders, developers, and MDU management.  Establish and maintain good working relationships with Builder Representatives to work as Home Telecom Rep.   Assist with marketing incentives for fiber to the home communities. Attend product shows and seminars/webinars where possible to maintain good product knowledge. Monitor and keep reports of Sales activity.  Perform other work as required and/or requested by Vice President of Sales.  Provide support as needed to other department members.

Duties or Activities Required by Job (In Order of Importance)

1. Staff management, coaching, mentoring, driving results.
2. Analsysis of reporting, CRM data, and planning/organizing work of staff
3. Coordinate new installs and wiring needs with other Groups/Departments.
4. Provide support and technical assistance to customers.
5. Assist in Marketing efforts.  
6. Re-training, product shows, reading & research of HI products.  
7. Other duties as assigned.  
Education: College Degree or relevant job experience
Related Experience: Technology knowledge and experience, sales management experience
Special Training or Competence:  Familiar with Microsoft Office software
