Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in EHS program management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience with executive level stakeholders, building presentations.
- Experience with EHS regulations and best practices.
- Experience managing contractor safety programs, analyzing performance data, reviewing improvement plans, and monitoring progress.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, and an executive presence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for safety and environmental sustainability.
