Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in one of the following areas such as system and network forensics or administration, threat intelligence analysis, technical incident response processes, reverse engineering, enterprise security.
  • Experience communicating investigative findings and strategies to technical staff, legal counsel, and internal and external clients.
  • Experience managing, growing, and leading a technical team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in implementation and design for enterprise security architecture, security controls, and best practices.
  • Experience leading incident response investigations, analysis, and containment actions.
  • Ability to lead clients in strategic conversations with strong executive presence.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

About the job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

In this role, you will be part of a customer focused team of computer Incident Response Consultants trained to investigate, contain, and recover from the most complex data security incidents. You will assist customers in navigating technically complex and high-profile incidents.

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client-facing investigations and examine cloud, endpoint, and network-based sources of evidence.
  • Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Manage a team of Incident Response consultants.
  • Provide digital forensic and incident response subject matter expertise for cloud, endpoint, and network-based sources of evidence.
  • Build and manage customer relationships while scoping and delivering value add services.
