Job Description
Role Summary:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead strategic sales engagements with Fortune 1000 importers, exporters, and logistics service providers. You’ll be a dynamic sales professional partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand complex customer logistics challenges and deliver tailored solutions powered by Gnosis Freight’s CLM platform. You are a consultative seller who thrives on uncovering pain, aligning with multiple stakeholders, and closing seven-figure deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with VP and C-level logistics and supply chain leaders
- Partner with SDRs and marketing to create targeted outreach strategies
- Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution design sessions
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM
- Collaborate internally with product and implementation teams to scope custom solutions
- Be a thought partner sharing back both customer and prospective client insights to help drive a customer-centric platform
- Represent Gnosis Freight at industry events and customer meetings
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or visibility platforms
- Track record of success with building pipeline and working to bring on new logo targets
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long deal timelines
- Track record consistently exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and coachable
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will:
- Consistently meet and exceed quota targets
- Proactively generate pipeline, even while advancing active deals toward close
- Demonstrate resourcefulness by identifying and engaging key stakeholders, champions, and decision-makers to execute the sales strategy effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channels, and Sales Engineering to win and grow enterprise accounts
- Conduct two-sided discovery conversations and communicate clearly to align solutions with customer needs
- Understand the competitive landscape and position Gnosis Freight’s differentiators effectively in the market
- Build trusted customer relationships that position Gnosis Freight as a strategic partner
- Manage and grow a defined geographic territory with precision and ownership
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 supply chain or logistics organizations
- MBA or continued learning focused in business and/or sales
- Background in container shipping, freight forwarding, or global trade tech
- Prior startup or high-growth SaaS experience
