At Freeman Boatworks, every boat we build depends on having the right parts in the right place at the right time. We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Receiver / Order Picker to help keep production moving by receiving, organizing, and pulling materials used to build our boats.

This role works with everything from small hardware to large marine components and plays an important part in keeping our warehouse organized and production teams supplied.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and properly store incoming parts, accessories, and supplies
• Accurately pick and stage materials for production orders using an RF scanner
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow established warehouse processes
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space
• Operate forklifts or other equipment when needed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep materials flowing to production

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone detail-oriented and organized who takes pride in doing things right
• A dependable team player who can also work independently when needed
• Someone with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator with solid written and verbal skills
• Experience with warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory control is helpful
• Forklift experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts, with occasional overtime
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
