Freeman Boatworks is looking for a Final Detail Technician to help ensure every Freeman leaves our facility in flawless, delivery-ready condition. What You’ll Do

· Wash, clean, and detail boats inside and out

· Perform final finish work on windows, upholstery, canvas, isinglass, bilges, and fiberglass

· Prep boats for delivery and complete thorough final inspections

· Identify defects or touch-ups and communicate rework needs to production leads

· Strip, caulk, and etch boats as needed to achieve a pristine finish

· Safely use buffers, polishers, and detailing products

· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

· Pitch in with other production and delivery tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in marine, automotive, or similar detailing preferred

· Knowledge of cleaning products, waxes, degreasers, and proper detailing techniques

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks

· Comfortable working on ladders, platforms, and around various boat structures

· Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or with a team

Physical Demands

· Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and twisting

· Standing and walking for 8+ hours

· Working in a non-climate-controlled environment

· Required PPE: safety glasses and closed-toe shoes; hearing protection as needed
