Duties and Responsibilities
Under supervision: Lamination Composite Tech I will be under supervision of Group or Team Lead. Work scope/tool use and hardware install will be assigned to certain work areas based on competency, efficiency, safety and quality of work. Areas of work responsibility will increase as work quality and efficiency increases for the following:
- Review blueprints and instructions
- Trim, assemble, and finish each composite piece
- Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Document your work according to company guidelines
- Follow all safety protocols
- Keep work area and product clean and organized
- Be able to take work instructions from leaders
- Work well in a team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Able to stand for extended periods
- On-Time for work
- Responsible, positive attitude
- Willing to learn
Physical Demands
- Standing/walking 8+ hours per day
- Bending, lifting, twisting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Dusty/loud environment-ear plugs required in some work locations
- Non-controlled temperature environment
