ECS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager for our Air Force portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for representing ECS and collaborating with a diverse set of Air Force senior leaders, delivering strategic guidance, day-to-day management and oversight of the Air Force project managers, managing contract financial performance against annual targets, supporting contract growth and ensuring successful contract recompete awards. You will lead a multi discipline team of approximately 200 ECS and subcontractor staff members supporting 12 distinct contracts. In addition to program duties, you will support business development activities in support of the USAF Account. Those activities include identifying potential contract opportunities, performing capture actions related to those opportunities, coordinating teaming agreements with partners, and supporting proposal preparation/submission actions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• US Citizen.
• Top Secret Clearance.
  
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Direct , recent Air Force leadership experience and experience supporting USAF contracts.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios containing a full spectrum of contract size and scope supporting multiple AF commands delivering capability to worldwide users.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationship at various levels within the customer community.

Desired Skills:

• Masters Degree.
• Experience performing business development activities, such as opportunity identification, capture, teaming, and proposal preparation.
