ECS is seeking a Manager, HRIS and Analytics to work Remote.

Job Description:
The Manager, HRIS and Analytics oversees the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) function, ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR systems, along with related talent analytics and reporting. This role is instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to drive HR strategy, improve processes, and enhance employee experience. This role involves ensuring that the HRIS supports the needs of the Human Capital department and the broader organization, optimizing the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve data management, and enhance employee experience. This position reports to the Vice President of HR.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
• Conducts needs analysis, prepares associated business requirements, specifications, designs, plans, tests and implements modifications and enhancements to human resources.
• Ensure the HRIS supports HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, reporting and compliance.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy compliance.
• Manage system integrations with other business applications and third-party vendors.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through technology.
• Implement best practices for HR data management and reporting.
• Lead projects to automate and improve HR workflows.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to HR leadership and business partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HRIS operations.
• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
• Work jointly with the IT and Purchasing Departments regarding the negotiation of contracts and service-level agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000

General Description of Benefits

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or Vantage is required.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now or Vantage), HR analytics tools, and project management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing large-scale HRIS implementations and upgrades.
• Strategic thinking and autonomy, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization, communication proficiency, leadership, and teamwork.
