Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Data Center Product Manager. This position may be based at any Eaton facility in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama, or it may be performed remotely within those states. Travel to our Nashville, TN facility will be required up to 25% of the time.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

What you’ll do:
The Data Center industry is experiencing rapid scaling and technological advancements, driven by the increasing demand for AI, cloud computing, and edge computing solutions. To remain relevant and competitive, Eaton must adopt a systems-based approach and provide comprehensive, unified solutions to our customers' global deployment challenges. In response to customer demand, Eaton is now offering a storage program serving data center project sites in North America.
This position is fully responsible for managing the storage program for large data center customers which oversees storage of electrical power distribution equipment from multiple factories across Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas region in accordance with product line and customer requirements. This role is a hybrid of program and product management which includes coordination across operations and functions as a liaison with customers, sales, product lines, services, finance, supply chain, and third-party logistics companies to ensure proper alignment and program execution
What you’ll do:
• Drive development of program timelines and milestones that support storage of an increasing array of types of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Coordinate all change management activities for accommodating new and different material handling, storage and shipping requirements.
• Work with plants to ensure program specific requirements are identified, deployed and implemented.
• Advocate alignment within and across product lines, finance, supply chain, and third-party logistics to provide a consistent and seamless experience for the customers.
• Develop and deploy standard processes (process maps, RACI, and standard work).
• Innovate with digital tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the program as the volume scales (e.g. digital tools for inventory tracking, issue resolution, reporting).
• Work with Sales, supply chain, and finance to understand costs and establish pricing models to ensure a reasonable return for services provided.
• Work with Eaton real estate and logistics teams to secure additional warehouse indoor and outdoor storage capacity as the storage program scales.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing or engineering
