"Field System Engineer is RD Expert for technical solution support of UPS related issue, including field issue/new requirement, mainly the technical window to APAC after/presale/PLM/QA team;
Need close work with RD NPD/sustain team and after/presale/PLM/QA team to drive Org excellent and drive product(UPS ) to be more realibility and more compatiable(more new feature for marketing);
Need electrical base，and it is better have PMO/PLM/FAE experience.
" Technical expert of UPS application;
UPS field issue analysis from application，design and manufacture side；
Technical expert should Proficient UPS knowledge and issue analysis ， UPS field application and analysis ，also be good at communication and documentation.
RD window for Technical support of UPS presale and after sale.
Cross Function Team Work With Presale And After Sale
Technical expert should good support Service team and FAE team for field issue, request and application;
Also should collect field issue, new request and application escalate to RD NPD & sustain team to enhance UPS reliability and quality.
Technical solution engineer is RD Expert for technical solution support of UPS related issue, including field issue/new requirement, mainly the technical window to APAC after/presale/PLM/QA team;
Need close work with RD internal team and after/presale/PLM/QA team to drive Org excellent and drive product(UPS ) to be more realibility and more compatiable(more new feature for marketing);
furhter requirment is familiar with UPS design concept/behavior/logic;"
Qualifications
Bachelor and above
>5 years in electrical design or system engineering role, it is better have related experience in 3PH UPS design or ETN internal RD transfer；better to have Project management experience
Skills
"3PH UPS HW/FW/ME/SE/VAL, related RD distribution system, technical expert on electrical design and issue analysis/resolving；
Project management "
English read and write; Documentation;Communication;Strong compressive; Travel.
